This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the software, APIs, or other materials (collectively, the "Software") provided by Gitan AI Pvt Ltd("Gitan AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Gitan AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms herein.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.
You may not distribute, sublicense, or sell the Software without written permission.
You must comply with all applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Gitan AI.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate it if you breach these terms, requiring you to destroy all copies of the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
